This is the cover for Gulag Orkestar, by Beirut, and I've always wondered what the car is. It looks quite Soviet......supposedly, it's the album cover because one of the band members took out a library book that had that photo stuck in the pages, no idea if that's true, but I like the story. It contributes to the atmosphere that the photo creates.

Lada I presume. What ever Lada was based of the Fiat 124. Can't remember what it was called.

2103 had an all chrome grille and different bumper guards. This is a 2106.

Looks like a Lada 2106, a later version of the 2103., hence the plastic headlight housings.
